The Von Huber name traces back to the early 1800s, a time when European houses passed down traditions in slow, careful detail — recipes, codes of conduct, marks of family identity. Where European tradition meets modern specialty coffee.

Barcelona's coffee story began on the trade routes of the 19th century. By the late 1800s, cafés on the Rambla and in the Gothic Quarter had become rooms of conversation — the modernist movement, the artists of Els Quatre Gats, the long mornings of Catalan family life — all of it built around small ceramic cups and the patience to enjoy them.

It is the perfect city for a family that has spent two hundred years preferring craft to noise. We could only have started here.

Today, every coffee we sell is graded 84+ on the Specialty Coffee Association scale, sourced single-origin or in small signature blends, and roasted in Barcelona in batches small enough that each one is checked by hand.

What if I accidentally close the shop tab before paying shipping?

Don't worry — just return to enjoyco.store at any point in the next 7 days. The site remembers your in-progress order and shows the pulsing banner inviting you to finish shipping. Your cart and address details (if you typed any) are saved locally to your browser.

If you also lose your browser data or use a different device, simply email enjoylife@e-l-5.com with your Revolut payment confirmation and we'll send you a direct shipping payment link.

Why can't I pay for products and shipping in one payment?

Revolut Payment Links — which we use today for security and simplicity — only support fixed amounts. Because shipping varies by country (£8 EU/UK vs £18 US), we split the payment into two transparent steps so you only pay the shipping that actually applies to your destination, with no markup.

We're working toward a unified single-checkout flow using Revolut's Merchant API in a future update. For now, this two-step approach keeps prices honest and the experience secure.

Is my payment secure? What does Revolut see?

Yes — every payment goes through Revolut Business Checkout, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant, end-to-end encrypted, and protected by Revolut's fraud monitoring. Revolut sees and stores your card details; we never do.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted — both use tokenisation so even your card number isn't sent. The most secure way to pay on a phone.

When will my order ship and how do I track it?

Once we receive both payments (product + shipping) and your delivery address, we hand-pack your order at our Barcelona base and dispatch it within 24 hours on working days.

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves our hands. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days in Europe and the UK, and 3–8 working days to the United States. Every order is tracked and insured to your door.

What payment methods do you accept?

Through Revolut Business Checkout we accept:

• Apple Pay — fastest on iPhone
• Google Pay
• Visa and Mastercard
• Revolut (in-app, if you have it)

All cards are processed in GBP. Most banks will convert from your local currency automatically with no extra step.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes. Email enjoylife@e-l-5.com with your Revolut payment confirmation:

• Before dispatch (within 24 hours): we issue a full refund through Revolut, no questions asked.
• After dispatch: contact us for return instructions. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund minus return shipping. We do not refund opened coffee or chocolate (food safety).

Do you ship outside the EU, UK, or US?

Right now, we ship to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Other destinations are coming soon.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Within the European Union and to the UK, no customs duties apply — orders are dispatched from Spain and stay within standard EU/UK trade arrangements.

To the United States, our parcels fall well below the de minimis threshold ($800) for individual orders, so customs duties are not normally collected. In rare cases, customs may inspect parcels — in which case the recipient is responsible. We've never had a customer pay extra to receive their order.
